FAIREEH Young Scholars Workshop on Data Convergence and Applications

We are pleased to share that the 1st FAIREEH Young Scholars Workshop on Data Convergence and Applications (FYS-DCA 2026) was successfully held on June 9, 2026, at the Daeyang AI Center, Sejong University, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The workshop brought together young researchers to present and discuss recent advances in data-centric artificial intelligence and computer vision. A total of eight research papers were presented across three technical tracks: Data Validation, Data Generation, and Copyright & Governance. The presentations covered a wide range of topics, including annotation quality assessment, dataset validation, synthetic multi-camera datasets, human-in-the-loop analysis, and copyright issues related to AI training data. The workshop provided an excellent platform for young scholars to share their research, exchange ideas, and discuss emerging challenges in responsible AI and data-centric computer vision research.
